Get into the game
Open OMENX Wars through the Arcade platform and enter with your own account. Early access is limited to invited players.
If you cannot enter, check that you are signed in to the early-access platform with the invited account. For access questions, use the official community.
Reconnect to the fight
If your connection drops, reopen the game through the platform. Check the current round, boss phase and your shield when you return: the shared fight continues while you are away.
If controls stop responding, release held keys or touches and refocus the game. If a final result is unavailable, check again after the round closes or contact support.
Play fair
Use your own account and the game’s controls. Keep firing and movement manual, and respect other pilots’ sessions.
Report suspected cheating through support so the team can review the round.
Help us find the problem
Contact the official community support channel with the approximate time, your device, the round or room identifier if visible, the boss phase and what happened just before the issue.
Include a screenshot or short clip if it helps show the problem. Keep passwords, private keys and login information out of your report.
